Julie & Ian ~ LAKE TAHOE SUNSET CEREMONY

Whether it was luck, exceptional planning, or an act of Cupid, the timing of Julie and Ian’s wedding could not have been better. Just weekends before their wedding date, inches of snow fell upon Lake Tahoe’s shores, laying a beautiful, but certainly not high heel safe blanket of snow. The weekend after, snow again, and not just inches this time, feet. About 4 of them to be exact.

I’d like to think the extraordinary weather during Julie and Ian’s wedding was in part due to luck, but also due to the magic I witnessed glow between the two of them as they professed their love for one another, committing to a lifetime of devotion to each other. See the sparks in their eyes, and soon you will also find yourself singing the famous lyrics, “all you need is love.”
